Common questions
Invite a caregiver
- Open your baby's profile and scroll to Caregivers.
- Tap Invite caregiver and share the code.
- On their phone, the other person taps I have an invite on the welcome screen, then enters or scans the code.
Restore a purchase
Open the Premium screen, tap the menu at the top left and choose Restore. Use the Apple Account you paid with.
Change or cancel a subscription
Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Request a refund
Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. To restore it, sign in again with the same account within 30 days. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
Your data
Records stay on your iPhone unless you share a baby. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Small Hours records what you enter. It does not give medical advice. If you are worried about your baby, call your doctor or your local emergency number.
